Engaging your participants
CFO services are complementary to mainstream provisions, providing wraparound support tailored to each participant journey and avoiding any duplication of provisions. These services regularly help participants to engage with mainstream services, and reduce reoffending.

Probation
CFO Evolution delivery within the community has forged strong links with Probation to promote programme delivery, secure accurate risk information for all participants accessing provision and ensure Probation are regularly kept abreast of delivery arrangements to inform participant sentence plans.
DWP
CFO Evolution providers engage with local DWP districts to promote services available for both prison leavers and those serving to community sentences. Providers work to ensure local DWP colleagues are aware of the referral process and engage regularly to ensure regional relationships are evident.
Healthcare and NHS
CFO engage with NHS Reconnect, CRS Dependency and Recovery, NHS commissioned treatment services and mental health services other healthcare charities and provisions in order to provide wraparound support for participants.
Accommodation
CFO engage with Community Accommodation Services, tiers 1-3 and other accommodation services to provide additional wraparound support to address participants wider resettlement needs.
CRS
CFO engage on a local level with commissioned rehabilitative services to develop a greater awareness of provision delivered, reduce duplication and ensure the CFO Evolution programme complements delivery.
Education and Employment
The CFO Evolution programme provides opportunities for people in custody and people on probation to access education, training and employment opportunities, reducing reoffence as a result.
